ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERSEPSI KEGUNAAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (SIMRENDA) DI KANTOR DPRD KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning System (SIMRENDA) is a unified planning procedure
development to produce development plans in the long term, term
medium, and annual which are carried out by elements of state and community administrators at the level
area. In order to realize a regional development planning system that is specific, measurable,
realistic, and relevant within a certain period of time, while taking into account the alignment of plans
long term, medium term, and annual (Central, Provincial), community and para participation
stakeholders, and regional aspects. The presence of technology and information infrastructure in the form of
SIMRENDA in the Sumbawa district DPRD office, it is necessary to know the perceived usefulness in
using the information technology. Therefore will be analyzed factors that
affect the perceived usefulness of SIMRENDA implementation by the Regency DPRD
Sumbawa by using the structural equation model (SEM) method with the approach
softwareLisrel 8.80. Based on the results of data analysis obtained factors that influence
perceived usefulness in implementing SIMRENDA is significantly influenced by optimistic variables,
the innovation variable and the insecurity variable while the inconvenience variable has no effect
significant. Obtained a level of confidence in the research of 63%.
