Abstract

Early childhood development cannot be separated from the environment that shapes it. The child development environment starts from the smallest family environment to the larger community environment. Parents and other adults around the child determine a child's quality of life and optimal development, especially from what he does or does not do during his first five years of life. The objectives of this study are 1. To describe how the Implementation of the Leading Integrative Holistic Policy (HIU) at BKB Bayam Merah Karang Dima Village, Labuhan Badas District; 2.
