PENINGKATAN KUALITAS LULUSAN SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU EKONOMI (STIE) BIMA BERDASARKAN HASIL TRACER STUDY

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the competence of graduates, to know the
contents of education, to know the description of the attractiveness of education to the needs
of the world of work/industry. and the definition of strategies for further education learning
outcomes (track study). The research to be conducted is qualitative research. The unit of
analysis is graduates of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) management undergraduate
program. The selection method used was purposive selection with a sample of 100
graduates. The research method used is a descriptive survey method. The results of the
study show that skills such as English, computers, teamwork, written communication, oral
communication, community empowerment and leadership still need to be developed. The
quality of education in education management programs can be improved by improving the
quality of education, research and community service, as well as establishing cooperation
with industry.
