PERAN GANDA WANITA SINGLE PARENT DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN EKONOMI KELUARGA DESA SORIUTU KECEMATAN, MANGGELEWA KABUPATEN, DOMPU

Abstrak

       This study aims to determine the dual role of single women in fulfilling the economic needs of families in Soriutu Village, Manggelewa District, Dompu Regency. In a family of single parent women, it can be seen that single parent women are housewives and are the backbone of the family for the fulfillment of clothing, food, and family shelter. This study uses role theory as a tool to analyze studies on the dual role of single parent women in meeting the economic needs of the family. The research method used is qualitative as an instrument and data collection technique using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are 1. The Role of Single Parent Women in the Family in Soriutu Village, Manggelewa District. It can be seen that the role they carry out is to educate their children in the religious and social fields. 2. The dual role of single parent women in fulfilling family economic needs in Soriutu village, sub-district of Manggelewa. The role played by single parent women in meeting the economic needs of the family is very fundamental, as can be seen from the work orientation of single parent women to meet all household needs and family needs. Such as being a farmer, farm laborer and street vendor.
