Abstract

  1. Maras Beton is a company engaged in light concrete construction that produces paving bricks, bricks and other concrete construction according to consumer needs. CV. Maras Beton was established on November 11, 2020, with one day's production capacity of 6,000 paving, and the maximum working time is 8 working hours. The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions for improvements to minimize the risk of work accidents in CV. Maras Concrete. The method used is Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC). Based on the results of hazard identification carried out, there are 5 potential hazards on CV. Maras Concrete. As for the proposed improvements in the form of a work system design that has been implemented is an improvement using the K3 hierarchy, namely elimination, administrative control, and the use of PPE. The hope is that this research can minimize work accidents at CV. Maras Beton so that work can take place safely and comfortably.
