Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the village government realizes accountability in BLT management and to find out what factors inhibit the BLT program for the Sempe village community. This research was analyzed using the Mardiasmo 2022 theory which consists of commitment to honesty and legality, process responsibility, program responsibility, policy responsibility and was carried out using qualitative methods, where all problem formulations were solved through interviews, observations, observation results and describing the situation. based on actual facts. This study concludes that commitment indicators regarding honesty and legality are effective, responsibility indicators are good enough because implementers understand their respective duties and responsibilities, program accountability indicators are running well, policy accountability indicators are good enough because they do not make things difficult for village officials and beneficiary families (KPM). ) during the Distribution of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT-DD).
