The blacksmith industry in Indonesia is one of the MSME actors that has boosted the economy in Indonesia. One of the blacksmith industries that is developing in Indonesia is located in the Sumbawa district, precisely in the Batu Alang Hamlet. Blacksmith crafts are one of the crafts that have a lot of enthusiasts and demand for these crafts, so that SMEs as industry players must increase their production to meet this demand. This is what makes blacksmith workers have to put extra effort in producing this type of ironwork which makes workers experience fatigue and pain at several points of the body in meeting these needs. This fatigue is caused by quite heavy work, namely by lifting the hammer repeatedly which causes pain. from work to errors on work posture. So the purpose of this study is to improve work postures that are good using REBA, measure worker pain using NBM and find out workload using %CVL and evaluate using FTA. Based on REBA calculation results, it was found that the five workers got a score 9-10 which means it is at the high risk level and needs improvement. On the NBM distribution of the questionnaire, the total results for the five workers are included in the moderate category and future improvements may be needed. completed FTA analysis to determine the risk of failure.
