Abstract

Based on global data, currently as many as 3.1 billion people in the world's food security are unable to access healthy food. There are 107 countries affected by the crisis, some of which are estimated to have gone bankrupt. It is estimated that 553 million people are threatened with extreme poverty, and 345 million people are threatened with shortages. food to starvation. The number of people experiencing hunger in 2021 was recorded at 828 million people, that number has increased by 196 million since 2019. In addition, the number of people with severe food insecurity has increased from 135 million in 2019 to 193 million in 2021, and in 2023 it will be even worse. Food prices have soared to record highs. This study aims to determine the performance of the Sumbawa salam district food security service in maintaining food stability in the Sumbawa district, NTB. This research is a research using quantitative research methods. It is called quantitative because the data collected in this study can be analyzed using statistical analysis to determine the performance of the Sumbawa district food security service in maintaining food stability in the Sumbawa district, NTB. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the food security indicator and the performance of the food security service have strong relevance, this indicates that each point in the food security indicator partially supports food stability in the district of Sumbawa, NTB, this can be proven by the results of the Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS obtained a value of 0.05 > 0.005 and t count 0.289 <2.787. From these results, the alternative hypothesis is accepted. After the researchers conducted an analysis using the linear regression analysis method using SPSS, it was found that Nila was 0.02 > 0.005 and t count was 2.475 <2.787. This value can be concluded that the H2 hypothesis is accepted.
