Abstract

This study describes the social media management strategy carried out by the Instagram account @nadirajase. In this study, the authors used The Circular Model OF SOME theory, namely Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage. which is a theory to manage instagram accounts. This study also uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques by observation, documentation, and interviews. While the determination of informants in this study was determined by purpositive sampling technique and the data analysis technique used data analysis techniques from Creswell, namely data reduction, data presentation, managing and preparing data, data verification.

Based on the results of this study, it shows that Nadira Jaya Setiawan's Instagram account found several things that were done to create a good image of personal branding among his followers. Where there are four aspects, namely (1) Share, the subject performs three important aspects, namely partipicale, connect, and build truse. (2) Optimiz, the subject is not maximally optimal in taking part in authentic conversations. (3) Manage, the subject performs media monitoring and quick response. (4) Engage, does not always involve influencers.
