Abstract

The development of technology-based health services is one of the public service innovation movements in the context of reforming the bureaucracy in the realm of the Indonesian government. The purpose of this study was to find out how to provide Technology, Information and Communication system-based services at the Sumbawa District Health Insurance Administration Office (BPJS) and to find out what factors influence Technology, Information and Communication system-based services at the Office of the Health Insurance Administration Agency. (BPJS) Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Research results From the results of research that has been carried out in the field, it shows that health service innovation through the Mobile JKN application at the BPJS Kesehatan Office in Sumbawa Besar City has started to develop well. This can be seen from the level of users of the Mobile JKN application who have been educated by BPJS Kesehatan. Service innovation also aims to increase customer satisfaction, customer experience, service quality and efficiency, with the use of technology, information and communication in the Sumbawa District Health BPJS office influencing the use of time and costs to obtain good and correct information. With the use of e-goovermend by agencies in the Health BPJS office it has an effect on increasing government efficiency in obtaining services
