ABSTRACT
DANA is a digital payment platform that makes it easy for users to make various financial transactions, including bill payments, credit purchases, money transfers, and payments at several different offline or online stores. This study aims to examine the Effect of Service Quality, Perceived Ease and Security on User Satisfaction of E-wallet DANA Digital Wallet (Study on Sumbawa Technology University Students). This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Determination of the sample in this study using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and obtained a total of 100 research samples. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and the analytical tool used is the application of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 for Windows program. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that Service Quality, Perceived Ease and Security have a significant effect on E-wallet DANA Digital Wallet User Satisfaction in Sumbawa Technology University Students.
