PERUBAHAN PERILAKU PADA NARAPIDANA DITINJAU DARI MODEL PEMBINAAN KEPRIBADIAN YANG DIBERIKAN DI LAPAS KELAS IIA SUMBAWA BESAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine changes in the behavior of inmates in terms of the personality development model given at the Class IIA Penitentiary in Sumbawa Besar. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results showed that there were several coaching programs provided by the class IIA Sumbawa Besar penitentiary, including: religious development, national and state awareness, intellectual intelligence development, legal awareness development, and self-integration coaching with society. With the provision of this guidance, the inmates experience a change in behavior for the better, and the guidance provided to the inmates in correctional institutions can be said to be going well in accordance with its objectives.
