Abstract

 

Corn is one of the leading commodities in Sumbawa Regency. Corn has great potential to be developed into a product with high selling value. However, corn processing in Sumbawa Regency is still very minimal. In fact, the processing carried out will increase the added value of corn. One of the processed corn products in Sumbawa Regency is mieso. The name mieso itself comes from combining the words mie and meatballs. Baso in Sumbawa language means corn. So it can be concluded that mieso is a noodle product made from corn. This research aims to analyze the added value of Mieso products. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide information to business actors, as well as being a consideration for relevant agencies so that they can provide support to business actors. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. From the research carried out, an added value of IDR was obtained. 38,500. With a value added ratio reaching 22%. Meanwhile, labor income was 15.33%, contribution from other inputs was 76.38%, and company profits were 8.28%.
