Method research used is qualitative as an instrument and technique data collection with use observation , interview And documentation . Anyway conclusion from results study about moral development and character abandoned child Mother become Power Work Women (TKW). Child's moral development impact negativee consequence influence environment And association free , however impact Also on education And the psychology . Because There is Wrong One surrogate role i.e. fathers who do not walk in a manner effective , then influential on moral development as well character .
