STRATEGI PERBAIKAN POSTUR KERJA PADA PEKERJA PENGANGKUT PUPUK DI PT CIPTA MAPAN LOGISTIK

Abstract

PT Cipta Mapan Logistik is one of the companies engaged in logistics, especially in Utan District, Sumbawa Regency in providing fertilizer delivery. PT Cipta Mapan Logistik receives fertilizer and then stored in the warehouse to be distributed to retail stores so that it can be distributed to consumers. In the storage of fertilizers at PT Cipta Mapan Logistik, the company will receive deliveries using trucks and fertilizers will be moved to piles using human labor. Therefore, workers will result in the risk of occupational illness. The research was conducted using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, which is a method found in the field of ergonomics used to determine the level of risk of work postures and is used quickly in assessing work positions. This method has steps in dividing body observations into 2 groups, namely A and B, the combined results of group A and Group B. From the results of research and assessments that have been carried out using the REBA method, it shows that the score is 12 so that the level of work posture is at a score of 11 +, namely work postures that have a very high risk and must implement changes. Improvement of work posture by making ergonomic fertilizer transport tools and assessing work posture after the tool and obtained a score of 2, which is low risk. From the results there is a decrease in REBA score by 10 points from the initial position. So from this it can show that fertilizer transport aids are needed because they can avoid the risk of occupational diseases.
