STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS DENGAN ANALISIS TREE DIAGRAM

Abstract

1. Alle Mandiri is a rice milling business as well as a rice supplier in Batu Terring Village, Sumbawa Regency. So the company must be more efficient and effective in responding to the constraints that exist in the company so that the production process runs smoothly and the company stays healthy. One of them is by conducting a productivity analysis using the input and output ratio approach. Productivity is one of the benchmarks to find out whether the company has decreased or increased. In this study using a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Data collection uses interview data and documentation. While data processing uses tree diagram analysis to analyze the root causes and causes of problems and provide suggestions for improvements. The results of this study indicate that several factors trigger the decline in company productivity as happened in the rice mill business at UD. Alle Mandiri i.e. workload excessive machine downtime. Therefore, make SOPs for workers and schedule machine maintenance on a regular basis.
