PERAN WANITA YANG BERWIRAUSAHA DALAM MENGENTASKAN KEMISKINAN DI DESA BERORA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and personality on financial management behavior in Berora village entrepreneurial women. This research is a quantitative study with a comparative causal. The population of this studi were all housewives who became micro bussiness actors in the Berora village area, where the samples was detemined using a purposive sampling method and a total of 100 samples were determined. The data analysis technique used in this study was the average difference T test using SPSS software and SEM PLS analysis using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial management behavior, financial attitude and personality does not have a significant effect on the financial management behavior of entrepreneurial women in Berora village
